Product specifications
Frame:
Built from high-quality steel profiles (S235JR and S355MC, EN 10025-2), the frame is coated with 120 μm thick polyurethane paint to ensure long-term corrosion resistance (ISO 12944-2, Class C3M). Standard color: RAL 9002.
Dimensions: 2435 mm x 4880 mm.
Floor:
- Structure: Reinforced with steel crossbeams and a smooth, galvanized steel sheet underneath (0.5 mm, DX51D as per EN 10327) for corrosion protection.
- Insulation: 100 mm mineral wool (λ = 0.040 W/mK), with an 80 μm polyethylene vapor barrier; U-value: 0.35 W/m²K.
- Surface: 20 mm moisture-resistant particle board (EN 312, P3, E1, D-s2 classification).
Ceiling:
- Structure: Made of steel profiles (S235JR and S355MC) with wooden purlins spaced at 500 mm, topped with 0.5 mm galvanized steel sheet.
- Insulation: 100 mm mineral wool and a 150 μm polyethylene vapor barrier; U-value: 0.36 W/m²K.
Walls:
FTVL sandwich panels, 60 mm thick, with mineral wool insulation (λ = 0.040 W/mK), U-value: 0.57 W/m²K. Fire rating: A1 according to EN 13501-1. Compliant with EN 13162.
Windows:
- Construction: Three-chamber PVC profiles with double-glazed units (4/15/4 mm), Ug = 1.1 W/m²K, Uw = 1.6 W/m²K.
- Type: Tilt-and-turn (vertical or horizontal), excluding sliding windows. Double gasket system for enhanced insulation.
- Standard size: 885 mm x 1372 mm.
Doors:
- Material: Painted aluminum frame with a 40 mm door leaf made from galvanized and painted steel (0.5 mm, DX51D, EN 10327) filled with EPS foam.
